"Our 36 year old air conditioner went out on Thursday, of course during a major heat wave. I went online Friday to look for pricing, found Thumbtack, and through them and found Perfect Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. I was texting with Ken, who was super nice, and professional. He gave us a great price, AND more importantly was able to come the very next day to install an entire system. He showed up at 7:00 am as promised. His guys, who did the install were very courteous and neat, covering my wood floors, etc. We now have a nice cool house thanks to Ken and company. I would highly recommend them."

WOW what a crew.
Ken his son & Alec. were great. They showed up on time. Knew there business.
We had a little hitch with electricity. They came back the next day and fixed it at no charge to me. I will use Perfect Climate Air, inc again. I do highly recommend them to everyone.
Also there bid was very reasonable. And full clean up after job was completed.

Found Perfect Climate via thumbtack. Just bought a new home where flippers did an absolute crap job... including installing a 19 year old non functional package unit on the roof.
Ken came out and gave me a great estimate on a high efficiency Trane package unit. The installation was painless, Perfect Climate even was flexible doing the install to get the system in while my roof was being repaired.
All in all, great experience and communication from Ken and the team. One less thing to worry about!

If we could leave 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough! Our story is similar to another review. Although working at another job, Ken was able to help my husband get our air working. Temp was well over 100 degrees . We have a little Maltese with a heart condition and she cannot tolerate the heat. This was a life saver for her! We would not have been able to stay home. We would definitely recommend Perfect Climate to anyone!

We recently bought a home that required renovations including duct work. I believe I had done my due diligence- seeking out bids and reviewing others' experiences. I went with a company that will remain unnamed, who ended up selling me a new furnace to boot One month later. As the heat hit, it seemed my A/C wasn't working properly which was disappointing as it was another unexpected expense. Rather than going back to the company I used, I saw Ken's post on (Next Door) and gave him a call. I am SO glad I did, he found that one wire that was purposely disconnected was preventing me from enjoying the cool weather from my air conditioned home. He was friendly, prompt, demonstrated integrity, was incredibly knowledgeable and reasonable! He will always be my first call when it comes to my HVAC!
